We are doing our best efforts to make certain that the products purchased by you at www.shopyaho.com are of good quality, meet the requirements of all relevant rules and regulations and are in all material respects in accordance with the product description displayed at www.shopyaho.com. We are continuously monitoring our delivery processes and our customers’ feedback of products sold at www.shopyaho.com

We directly receive your payments, and we undertake to refund you any money which you may become entitled to.

Warranty terms are product specific, and therefore will be provided with the relevant product.

All our prices can be assumed to be correct at the time of order.

All offers are subject to availability.

www.shopyaho.com reserves the right to change the price of the products at any time. It is understood that the price of the product that will be charged to the user will be indicated in the order summary, displayed by the user before placing the order.

In the event that a product is offered on www.shopyaho.com at a discounted price, the website will indicate the full reference price against which the discount is calculated and what the full reference price corresponds to. It is understood that the offer of products at discounted prices will be made only if the full price of the product corresponds to the actual market price of the same.

If any error has resulted in an incorrect price being shown in the website, we reserve the right to correct the price and notify you accordingly. In this case, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to confirm your wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose to refuse, your money will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such money paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.

ORDERS
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are not of legal age in your country of residence, you must have your parent or legal guardian to complete the registration on your behalf.

All orders placed on our website are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you.

This CLICON ENTERPRISE claims all payments for products and services purchased on the ShopYaho.com directly from the customer. The customer is obliged to make payments to CLICON ENTERPRISE only.

Payment must be made in US Dollar.

Products cannot be collected in-store and thus cannot be paid for in cash.

When paying by credit card or other payment methods, the amount is debited at the time of order.

Shipping and delivery is made only after receipt of the payment.

HOW DO WE SHIP PACKAGES
Packages will be shipped by using ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Free shipping is provided to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations where products can not be shipped. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you in the moment your order is placed.

CUSTOMS CLEARING
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing the products in www.shopyaho.com, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our no 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of www.shopyaho.com

Goods must be returned without any delay and not later than 14 days after notifying us of the return.

The return address details will be provided on the request.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact  page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

EXCHANGES
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, please raise an enquiry including as much information about the damage as possible. Please be aware that we can require a photograph of the damage where applicable.

We will generally instruct you to ship the damaged product back to us. As soon as it is received we will send you a replacement product. If the replacement can’t be made, or if you wish to cancel the order, you will be refunded in full. You will also be reimbursed for reasonable returns postage costs for damaged or faulty goods once we have received your postage receipt.

If the outer packaging of your order is clearly damaged on arrival, and you are suspecting that the products are damaged as well, you can either reject the delivery or accept the goods and sign for them as damaged. In both instances, please notify our customer care service as soon as possible.

The reproduction of colors and detail in the pictures on our web site is as accurate as our technology allows.
